Another day, another DIY project from Julia “Uncut Jahmz” Fox. The actor/muse/icon stepped out in Los Angeles wearing a teeny-tiny white skirt with an ultra low waist, paired with a matching cropped white shirt. And surprise! Turns out this entire thing is just a simple white tank top that Julia cut in half.

Though, obviously Julia elevated her Hanes look with some casual Balenciaga, carrying the brands “Hourglass” bag which retails for $2,750.
